...This is the rules-free Glorantha sourcebook for Hero Wars, loaded with lots of usefull background for any Glorantha campaign. It's predictably waited towards Genertela (9+ chapters), whilst Pamaltela, the East Isles and the Oceans get one chapter each, the major elder races also get a chapter each. Plenty of interesting snippets, we learn a bit more about the Kingdom of War and the new info on Kralorela and Teshnos is very welcome. Unfortunately the book isn't indexed, so it's hard to quickly locate information.

Wow! is all I can say. Remember those glory days of Runequest, well they are back to stay in a new guise, Hero Wars!. This book details the rich, complex and exciting world of Glorantha, that living ever expanding creation of Greg Stafford. Contained within its pages are rich and vibrant descriptions of the lands, oceans, and islands of Glorantha, together with extensive texts on major cultures.
This is the first of many new books for the world of Glorantha and is a must buy for players and narrators alike as an essential game aid and a jolly good read stand alone, buy it buy it now! then go out and indluge your imagination and buy more Hero Wars! books
