The Global Cheese knife has a thin, engineered blade to allow effortless cutting of cheeses. With a razor sharp blade and a comfortable handle the Global knife range is very popular. Extra dimples have been put on the knife to ensure total control when cutting cheese thinly. High Grade Cromova 18 stainless steel blades provide the sharpest edge. Ice-hardened to Rockwell 56-58, these blades will also provide long lasting sharpness. Hygenic Design Smooth, flowing design ensures no dirt traps, so cleaning is effortless. Note This knife has a serrated blade which should not be sharpened. Always hand wash your knives straight after they have been used. Avoid allowing food to dry to the blade. These knives should NEVER be dishwasher washed.

I have nine Global knives and I love their edge, balance and precision. I bought this cheese knife simply to go with the set. Frankly, I reckon cheese knives don't need to be perfectly balanced, ergonomically beautiful and razor-sharp but this one is. Perfect for the cheese-loving Global fan, but expensive for the casual cheddar-muncher.

You may think that the price of this knife is rediculous, but remember that this is a Global knife and not just some fancy copy or wannabe. The quality of these knifes is fantastic and is a great addition to the others in our collection. The design of this knife means it serves its purpose flawlessly. Hats off to the seller too who shipped this product rapidly and professionally even though it is Xmas.

Modern, sharp, effortless cutting, effective and efficient, what more could you want from a cheese knife. A grater? Excellent stylish knife, highly recommended.
