4.0 out of 5 stars Good Book 9 Mar 2014

I give it a 4 star because it does not have a CD with the book. Other than that the book is very resourceful with drawings and other student aids that will assist anyone in the airline industry. I will recommend it to all students who are taking the Airline Operations Management course.

Great book to learn more about the airline industry in general. I ordered this by mistake, but enjoyed it regardless.
