Bought this knife for my fiance to add to her collection,she informs me this is her favourite of all her global knives its perfect weight and size ideal for cutting small stuff easily but equally perfect for larger stuff she uses it for everything and tells me if she was going to buy just 1 knife for all purpose cutting this would be it definately *****

Already had a 20cm version of their knife which is really well balanced, so I bought this about 2 months ago.
Best thing about it is the size, because its small its great to be able to take around with me for cooking and cutting, 2 months of use and not had to sharpen it yet and it goes through annoying objects like tomatoes with ease.
Would definitely recommend not only this knife but the brand.
It may not seem big, but its big enough to do most tasks from cutting & prepping meat, fish, veg to even use on small-medium roasts for carving.
Hand grip is also comfortable and well balanced to give a nice amount of feel when being used.

small knife but best i've ever had! so sharp but recomend the knife sharpner to go with it too keep it that way .. really glad i bought this!
