I saw this book advertised as Glastonbury the festival, by John Peel. i expected as you might, a history of the festival with some anecdotes and stories from the great man himself.
the book is actually a collection of photos taken at the festival over the years, with a foreword by John Peel.
whilst an interesting book in its own right and a good (if not short) selection of photos, it is not what i was expecting. im sure i cannot be the first to make this mistake
as long as people are aware of the content im sure they will not be disappointed.

Although it's only a small book I have found it great for evoking memories of the festival. The photos are of a very high quality.
