Reviews:
"Whoa! This is such an unexpected good read, not long but very satisfying, never saw it coming! I work in estate liquidations and this just creeps me out!" Michelle S., MI

"Me too, loved it. I also work in real estate, and I've seen a lot of strange things, and have had some weird instructions from home owners - but this takes the cake. Just spooky! God forbid any of my sales should turn out like this, although I'm not exactly sure how it turned out (very mysterious), but that's kind of the beauty of it, it leaves you wondering, your mind runs and muck, and that's the scariest part of all." Beverly S. MI

When an old Victorian Mansion is slated for demolition, and the family calls in a fancy Boston auction house to make necessary evaluations for the proper dispersal of its treasured contents, things go awry when they fail to follow instructions and heed a warning (left in a cryptic note) and end up mysteriously disappearing.

Excited to have won the pricy bidding war [that comes with a cloaked warning] the owner of the auction house sends his son to take personal responsibility for the initial contact and inventory process; ignoring the estate attorney's simple instructions – that no one is allowed inside the mansion without an escort – adding a curiously cryptic note instructing them to destroy a pair of eyeglasses.

It will be the last thing they ever ignore.

Literally – the last!

And now – Glasses Glasses.

You've been warned!

While ghosts indeed walk these halls (they hide in unusual places), but you won't find witches or warlocks, wizards or magic - no vampires or werewolves, either, just a healthy dose of the supernatural in this paranormal thriller.

If you love mystery and intrigue on the weird side - you'll love Glasses Glasses.

We've added some Yummy Recipes (old favorites with a new twist), and the best Smoothie Recipes on the planet - EVEN - a classic horror tale retold, with some Brain Teasers on the side. The only thing you need to bring is your curiosity - and popcorn.

See you there!

Enjoy!

More About the Author

Lyn Murray Writes 2 (lynmurray.wix.com/lynmurray) Lyn's Murray's Official website.

* * *

Lyn's main goal is to entertain; her charming writing style and compilations have tagged her books as the literary equivalents of "Dinner and a Movie"! Earning her the title as - the 'Dinner and a Movie' author!

* * *

Lyn Murray writes for you, the reader.

She is fascinated by anything that has to do with the supernatural, the paranormal. This led her to become the author of Blooded [Anunnaki Rising], but she doesn't want you to confuse this book for just some young adult supernatural thriller with love triangles, vampires, werewolves, zombies, or dystopian societies. Blooded [Anunnaki Rising] blends the supernatural with what is perceived as mythological, historical fiction, [in which there may be more truth than fiction], while leaving readers considering the possibility that her spin on vampires might just be the real truth behind the legend.

A prolific writer of fiction, Lyn has more than a dozen books available for Kindle lovers, including two children's books in the "Little Book of Memories" series, which are also available in hard copy, and creative novella's that capture Lyn's diverse writing style, that include horror stories, stories filled with mystery and intrigue, ghost stories, love stories, and more.

An intuitive, hopeless romantic, Lyn loves science fiction, horror, and spirituality (but don't confuse that for being supportive of mainstream religion). Her family has a politically rich history and is tied to the American Revolution. When she's not playing World of Warcraft with her son, researching natural healing methods, or feeding the ducks in her lake, she's spinning tales of mysterious what-ifs for you.

A virtual recluse in her home, Villa Le Paradis Sur Terre, Lyn spends her days researching, reading, writing, and enjoying the simple things in life with her husband, such as a good cup of coffee and quiet conversation. The back of her Villa is glass from floor to ceiling and overlooks a private lake. I would say, that if ever there was truth in a statement, Lyn is living proof that people who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones . . . they should be writers.

4.0 out of 5 stars See Your Way to Getting This One 15 Dec 2013

I really liked the premise of this story but felt it needed more detail; more information about who exactly lived there and what happened to them, and more about what (could have) happened to the people who disappeared. If the story had had that, I'd have given it 5 stars.

5.0 out of 5 stars Spine Tingling Tale 27 Oct 2013
By Beth - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
I've read several of the author's short stories and have been quite pleased by their quiet creepiness. This latest read was no different.

This deceptively simple short story about an abandoned house quickly becomes something much more sinister and draws the reader right in.

The intriguing story is well written and provides a perfect, fast read for those looking for a spine tingling tale. I highly recommend this.
