Dear All, I have purchased a copy of the remastered Gladiator with pocket blu logo and the 2010 packaging info on the back of the sleave. However the retailer I prurchased my copy from store their disks separately. On studying the disk info it informed me that it is the 2009 pakaging, can anyone help and check their disks that came in a sealed remastered copy please. I am hopeing I have not been sold the original version with a new case!
Hi, i also wanted to know about my copy of Gladiator but had no luck with replies so far, but from what iv read pocket blu wasnt on the 1st edition of Gladiator, so maybe this can confirm if you have the newest edition? Load disc 1, pick either edition, then when its at the menu go down to the bottom option Úser Guide', click on it then you should have the option of Ú-Control'and 'Pocket Blu'instructions. As i said, i dont think pocket blu was on the early versions so wouldnt show you pocket blu instructions (i think) Also if you look at the readable side of disc 1(the silver side) very faintly in the middle you will see a code, let me know what you're code is and maybe i can find out for you if you have the new version. I had lots of replies telling me if my box had pocket blu on it i had the new version, but whose to say people arent sending their old copies back inside the new box with pocket blu on it? Let me know if your copy has the pocket blu instructions please
Of course the best way to tell is if the fire arrows disappear mid-flight in the beginning battle scene in Germania, as the horrid processing of the film on the non-remastered version had this strange anomaly. On the remastered version, you can follow the fire arrows from where they're fired to where they hit easily.
