Colour Name:Aqua Light Green Pale Apple Green|Size Name:18 Months

I recieved these vests in great time and are gorgeous and would be gorgeous on my daughter but I bought the size 18 months thinking it would be size 18-24 months. My daughter is 16 months and they are very tight to close and my daughter is an average size. I'm giving advise that 18 months must mean up to 18 months not 18 months plus.
