I bought a size 7-8 for a 7 year old who is of average size. It is short in the body which means that her chest is sometimes exposed, not a good look! it is a very pretty costume so just be aware that the sizing is small. I would suggest getting the next size up from what you would normally buy if you were buying a t-shirt.

pretty bathing suit. Bought it for my daughter who is 19months and it is too big on her shoulders (she is nearly into 2-3yrs tops so isnt tiny on top. Can still wear it though :)
