Bought these as party bag fillers for my daughters birthday. Most of them were ok but 3 (of 12) were not manufactured properly so when opened they ripped. Mind they are so cheap what would you expect. Very pretty designs though. Prompt delivery too.
My granddaughter was fascinated by my Chinese fan, so I bought these for her. I gave her one of them at first and it went down a storm and kept her very occupied after the excitement of her mum's wedding (she's only 3). That was in July. I've just given her the second one (September) as the first one broke. She is again over the moon with it. I think that may last a little longer as she is now aware of how fragile they are. One good thing has come from it - she has learnt the wrist action to use a fan correctly!
