With two young daughters we are always keen to have various things at hand to occupy them when we are at restaurants and/or traveling and these are perfect as they are both engaging and creative...the only issue is if we dont buy two of the same!! Hours of fun....

One of the nicest girly colouring books on the market!,

I have purchased many in this range because they are simply the best series of colouring books I have found - and I have bought many over the years. The quality is great with decent heavy weight paper and well printed.
What makes this range so great is that it is not just a simple "colour in between the lines" non-creative type artwork. It makes children think, grabs their attention and imagination and gives them control over the pictures they create. Each page has another mini project that will have any art loving child light up and want to grab their pencils, crayons or pens - from designing the ultimate royal wedding cake to decorating shoes for a princess. However, this is not totally sugary "pink" and has lots of adventure and fun as well as the obvious stereotype "girly" items. To give you an idea of how they differ from the traditional colouring book: the page my daughter is currently working on has the caption "What scared them?", to the left of the page is a tall coconut tree with two children sat in the top, big empty space to the middle and the right for your child to fill up with whatever they can dream up (in my daughter case this is a huge crocodile with a wizard on his back). I have bought copies for friends and nieces, all enjoyed them thoroughly. Ideally suited from the age of about 5 to 10
