Product Description
Gino D'Acampo enamel Self-basting roaster dish with lid.
This great 36cm roaster is self-basting thanks to the ingenious "dimple" design. It's suitable for oven use up to 230ºC (gas mark 8) & endorsed by loveable TV Chef Gino D'Acampo.
Why is the roaster self-basting? Key are the little dimples in the lid - the evaporating moisture inside the oven dish collects on the underside, then gathers on the dimples and drips back onto the food beneath.
Vitreous enamel interior and exterior is easy to clean and comes in an attractive black speckled colour that will perfectly complement the style of your kitchen.
The roaster is finished with the official Gino D'Acampo signature.
