I bought it as it's advertised as being the right size for lasagne sheets but I've got 2 different brands in my cupboard, both are too wide for this pan, so if that's what appealed to you don't bother.
It is though a good quality pan at a great price, just carry on snapping your sheets

Although this product is well made its not ideal for the amateur cook as it requires you to make the sheets of pasta your self, the ready made lasagne sheets that you get from the super market are to wide to fit in the tray this has made this item all but unusable for me.

I love this product however the standard pasta sheets that I used were too wide. It meant that I had to mess around breaking bits off so it would fit. The idea is good though, and it is really nice and easy to serve from it. Great price for such a substantial product.

First of all i was delighted with the high quality of this pan. It is strong and well-crafted and for the ridiculously low price (under £4) it was a real steal. Next, I knew this would solve the age-old dilemma of meat-eaters v veggies and the I-hate-mushrooms crowd. Of course it did that to perfection. But then I got thinking about 1950's "TV dinners" and how starters, mains and dessert all came from the same tin so i applied the same principle to the Trio pan and baked a savoury beef meat loaf in one panel, potatoes dauphinoise in the middle and a sponge cake in the third. You need to ensure the bake temperatures are similar but it worked a treat. I adore this pan.

since i am the best cook the savoy hotel has never had, this pan takes place of pride for my family eating lasagne experts, who are rather amazed with the number of variety dishes i have made so far. they get a choice of 3 different dishes and 24 different ones have been made. can't fault the pan it depends how long will it last, as it's used on a weekly basis.

Great dish but not the size of any lasagne sheets that I have bought so a lit of working breaking the sheets to make them fit. The spatula is great and makes serving a breeze.

This tray does not take a standard lasagne sheet. The sections are too narrow. You have to break the sheets so they fit.

sections are not the width of a standard sheet but its no great hassle if you use a ready to cook dried pasta sheet as you are going to crazy pave in the corners away. good depth and the spatula is a nice almost essential accessory. Like most non-stick coated products this one is not dish washer safe. keep it clean and oiled and it works time after time.
I made three loaves in it the other week ideal
