These movies are better than they look. "The gingerdead man" is about a serial killer that is electricuted and his ashes are sent to his mother, an evil witch. Only a few drops of human blood will trigger an ancient curse that will bring the killer back to life as an evil gingerdead man. It sound very bad, but, and this is a big but, if you go expecting this as a horror movie, you may find this movie terible, but go expecting this as a low budget, wanna be horror comedy movie and your enjoy it more. "The gingerdead man 2: passion of the crust" is another one of the movies that you have to take with a pinch of salt. It is about a low budget film studio that get a pastry box, that somehow, has the gingerdead man in it. He then goes on a killing rampage. This is nothing like the first movie, but if you go, trying to expect this movie as a weird, over the top comedy horror, you will enjoy this!!!

Cheesy Full Moon Goodness

I wasn't a big fan of Gingerdead Man. With the exception of Gary Busey's presence, I didn't think it was that exciting. However, Gingerdead Man 2 is a definite improvement, and is enough to make this double feature worth buying if you like cheesy b-movies. And I do.

Maybe it's just the fact that I love B horror films, but this one's amazing. Gary Busey is incredible in his role, and when I thought it couldn't get any better, I watched the second movie. Tiny toys coming to life and crucifying the Gingerdead Man, I was in bliss!

I knew what I was getting into ordering this movie, and that's why I ordered it. The movie is terrible - campy, cheap and hilarious. The idea of Gary Busey turning into a gun wielding cookie tells you everything you need to know about it.
The second one is nothing but salacious drivel. It lost all the campy goodness of the first one and didn't have the solid base of Gary Busey's voice to save it. I turned it off.
