My teacher read this book to me when I was in the 5th grade. I even named a stray cat that my family adopted after the book. Ginger Pye pasted away this summer, he had 14 wonderful years with us and I will never forget him. I am now a 1st grade teacher and would love to share this book with my students. I highly recommend it!

Ginger Pye is such a cute book. I just finished reading it and I just thought it was so great. I recommend it to ages 8-13! Great fo all ages, really. If you liked this book, you should also read The Moffats by the same author. Great book, highly recommended.

I enjoyed reading " Ginger Pye " the mystery of a lost dog . I think that EVERYONE should read this Book because it's funny and full of mysteries and yellow hats .

I thought Ginger Pye was a great book. I couldn't put it down. Its a mystery about a missing dog and it is so interesting. Read this book!

I think Ginger Pye was a very good book. It is about a boy and his sister. Their names are Jerry and Rachel Pye. They buy a dog and name it Ginger Pye. Read more

The part I liked the most was when Jerry lost his dog and he was trying to find him. Jerry went door to door looking for Ginger but Uncle Bennie found Ginger in their tree.
