Gillette Fusion Power Razor

Gillette Fusion is the first and only shaving system that has breakthrough technology on the front and the back of the cartridge:-

The front of the cartridge has 5 blades spaced closer together, forming a shaving surface, with a patented blade coating that provides incredible glide and comfort. The blades of the shaving surface are spaced 30% closer together than those of the MACH 3 Turbo. This configuration distributes the shaving force across the blades resulting in extraordinary comfort. In addition to more comfort, the 5 Blade Shaving Surface Technology also engages more hairs, more times with successive cutting action.

The back of the cartridge features a truly innovative Precision Trimmer. The Precision Trimmer is a single blade built into the back of the cartridge. To use the trimmer, consumers turn the razor over. In this position the pivot feature is locked, giving consumers control and allowing them to better align and manoeuvre the blade. The locked pivot allows consumers to easily shave tricky places like sideburns and under the nose. The Precision Trimmer is also perfect for shaping around facial hair.

Gillette Fusion features a new Flexible Comfort Guard. The new guard contains 15 microfins--5 more than the MACH 3 Turbo. The soft, flexible material surrounds the microfins creating an outer edge that wraps around the sides of the cartridge. This new Flexible Comfort Guard follows the contours of the face to help the shaving surface comfortably shave close.

The Indicator Lubrastrip has been enhanced. Shave by shave, the entire Indicator Lubrastrip and not just one stripe gradually fades from green to white when optimal shave conditions have been reduced. The Enhanced Indicator Lubrastrip is enriched with vitamin E and aloe.

Gillette Fusion Power features a new forward pivot. The restoring force of the cartridge has been improved allowing the cartridge to respond more quickly to help follow the contours of the face.

Gillette Fusion Power's new razor design provides optimal performance: the weight and balance of the handle have been designed to provide advanced razor ergonomics. Additional highlights of the new razor handle include the following: The razor's shape easily rolls through the fingers allowing for an easy transition between the shaving surface and Precision Trimmer. An elastomer finger pad has been added to the front of the razor handle. This pad provides a perfect finger rest while using the Precision Trimmer. The handle features a very premium, high-tech and modern design. The chrome conveys quality and value and supports the razor's high tech positioning. The deep metallic blue of the elastomer compliments the chrome handle. The open architecture provides a very elegant and futuristic design.

	While shaving, the razor handle produces soothing micropulses, which help reduce friction and increase razor glide, so you can barely feel the blades.
	The microchip-controlled battery provides consistent power—shave after shave.
	A battery power indicator alerts you when battery power is low, so you always have power when you need it.
	Automatic shut-off turns the razor off after around 8 minutes, in case of accidental activation and to protect the battery during travel.
