This was bought as a gift for my husband and it is great. Have used it 3 times now. The flow of chocolate is very smooth although we have only used proper chocolate fountain chocolate and it is delicious. Afterwards we scoop out the remaining chocolate and make Rice Crispie cakes so none of the chocolate is wasted! You can always just let the remainder harden and keep for a couple of days in the fridge and just melt it again if you want to use it in the fountain. The fountain is also very easy to clean (2 main parts come off entirely so you can wash them properly) and the machine itself is easy to wipe out. It is a good idea to clean it before the chocolate hardens! Excellent product.

I used this for first time yesterday, for kids party, fab a great success. Easy to use and the chocolate flowed great. Fast delivery and a good price. Would recommend.

Although the item image is correct, you'll struggle (if at all) to get a flow of chocolate as shown. I followed the instructions to the letter, making sure the fountain was level and used the recommended Giles and Posner chocolate.
The flow was a disappointing series of drips and not a fountain of chocolate as depicted.
