The ring tone was very low, you need excellent hearing. The screen was difficult to see and the instructions difficult to use. Very disappointed

Model:Gigaset AL145 - Twin
Cheap and cheerful. The phones arrived promptly but soon found the mains adaptor for the second phone was DOA. I didn't want to return the whole shebang and wait for the returns cycle as I needed the phones straightaway so contacted Siemens and asked for a simple replacement of the offending mains adaptor. Not so fast! Siemens wanted me to contact a third party repair agent and have it assessed for repair/replacement. Told them no that wasn't convenient or appropriate and asked again whether they could simply replace the faulty mains adaptor, everything else was ok. Their response was to send the item to them with proof of purchase and they would 'repair it'. Checked on Amazon and noted that a suitable replacement was less than 3 quid with free delivery! so figured that would be the quickest AND cheapest option. Thanks for nothing Siemens!

Gigaset triple phone set
Ideal for using in muliple rooms from just the one main phone line. Only disadvantage is they don't work during a power cut as they require a mains connection to work.
