I've had one of these faithfully serving me for years and I love it. I've just ordered another one to replace it as mine has finally gone faulty, which says it all really - I can't live without it! It still works, but the middle button has gone a bit dodgy, which I use a lot when web browsing so it's a little annoying. It's survived well, given all the abuse it's had travelling around in my bag over the years.
The 2 dpi settings are just right, a high (but not ridiculous) one for gaming, and a lower one for normal computer use. The low dpi setting also doubles as a handy "sniper mode" at the push of a button, for slower precision movements when playing games. The browser forward and back buttons on the side are very handy, again I've gotten so used to them I don't think I could live without them!
The shape fits nicely into the hand and feels very comfortable - it is actually designed to fit the right hand, unlike the generic ones which are supposed to be for both left and right handers but end up being mediocre for everyone. Easy to install, just plug and play.
Why spend stupid amounts of money on a mouse with loads of extra buttons and several different dpi settings when this one is perfectly adequate? I think it would be more of an annoyance; I like the simplicity of having just 2 dpi settings which can you can swap between with a single button.
Good price, good mouse.
Hope this is helpful! :)
