I insist that you do not buy this keyboard, I paid £45 for this keyboard, biggest waste of £45 ever, within 3 months keys started to become unresponsive, the backlight is pointless as it only displays fully on certain keys, the 2 USB ports on either side where nice and if you actually care about any of this assigning business then it has a few buttons for that. It has been 3 months since I bought the thing and I find that I've already snapped it in half for being such a giant waste of my time. If you want a keyboard that's going to last look elsewhere. Some people reading this review may believe that I've abused the keyboard when in actual fact I haven't, £45 is a lot of money to shed out on a simple piece of equipment, I left the silicon cover on it at all times so that it would never come to any harm, it never moved from my desk, yet it turned around just today and stabbed me in the back, granted it has a warranty but what use is a warranty when everytime the thing breaks you have to pay 25% of it's worth to send it back to Gigabyte and then have them demand another 25% of what it's worth to send it back. So as I said before, this is not the keyboard for you, you'd be better off getting a logitech keyboard or even a Dell etc, Gigabyte obviously didn't have; for the long haul in mind when they set out making this piece of crap.

This product is awesome, UK layout, I'm portuguese so I changed a few spots on the switches but behind that this keyboard is 10 out of 10 in terms of gaming and 9 out of 10 in writing.

A solid gaming keyboard for a good price if you can snag for $60-$70 20 April 2012
By J. Dunlavy - Published on Amazon.com
Of all "gaming" keyboards I've owned, this has been by the best. I would recommend it as there are no major cons to owning it. The most used buttons are "weighted" differently from less accessed keys, giving these heavy keys slight "mechanical give" tactility. A huge plus!

Build quality is high, but again it's nothing you'll write home about. Still, though, this keyboard should take a decent beating before ever giving up the ghost or dismembering, and will look quite stylish on most peoples' desk tops.
