Unless you want to massively overclock your CPU or run multiple Graphics cards in crossfire this board has all you need; an AM2+ socket,support for all the latest AM2+ processors (with the latest drivers), 4 DDR2 RAM slots, a PCI-e 16x slot that'll handle any graphics card you care to mention, as well as 2 PCI and 2 PCI-e 1x slots which look like the way forward in terms of sound, network etc extension cards. Add to this the fact that the North and Southbridge coolers are inoffensive enough to allow for a very large heatsink, the small-scale factor that will satisfy small media-center cases and the 780G onboard chipset which pushes out a decent framerate even without a stand-alone graphics card, and what do you have?

A decent all-rounder for a user not set on super-OC'ing an AM3 140w CPU or shoving in 4x 4870X2 in crossfire.
