Easy, Interesting Read 6 Dec 2001
By D. Marchese - Published on Amazon.com
Format:Paperback
Seemed to get to the heart of leadership: know your goal, provide a vision, connect with your people. I liked the treatment of empathy. The author gives practical advice on how to communicate so that people want to listen. I enjoyed the description of how people blame others.
