NLP is used by many practitioners, mostly for good aims. If you are looking for an uplifting read with plenty of genuine case studies highlighting what can be achieved with NLP then this book is for you. If, as some of the more negative practitioners suggest you are looking for a radical new text book on NLP breaking new ground then its not for you. Take it on face value, it does what it says on the cover and if you're a practitioner looking for some nice real life examples of NLP application then its a good text.

Cannot understand some of the negative reviews. The book does "what it says on the tin." Real life examples are just that...real life examples, the experiences that people have.

As an NLP Master Practitioner, I was looking forward to seeing some examples of the practical application of NLP, especially given the previous reviews on this site.
How disappointed was I?!
The book is mostly a collection of vague anecdotes, mostly taken from emails (therefore not even grammatically sound) and largely self congratulatory; 'Oh aren't we good!' kind of stuff.
The final part of the book gives a little advice on NLP techniques, but overall, you would find far better information in just about any other NLP book you could pick up.
Save your valuable time and money for something else. This one is really not worth the effort!

Exactly what I was Looking For...
