This is one of those simple little books that comes along all too rarely. It's easy to read and teaches a great lesson about friendship and gift-giving.

A good, moral book with the lesson presented in simple words with simple drawings of beloved, familiar characters.

Written with style and humor too.

I find it ironic that a book that teaches that the value of true friendship doesn't depend on gifts, should end up being a perfect gift itself!
