Bought one of these after trying out a demo model in a local store one weekend. Unfortunately the one in the shop was about £160 which was out of my budget! Came across this one marked down 75% to only £24.99 (plus shipping) so decided to take a gamble on it. Has 3 settings - Full Back, Upper Back, Lower Back plus Demo mode. Is easy to install and set up; unpack, plonk it on an upright chair (dining chair for example), hook up the power supply and you're off. Read the instructions before operation as it advises you to check for a shipping bolt prior to first use. This locks the mechanism to protect it during transit. This bolt MUST be removed before you switch on the device or you risk damaging the unit. So how well does it work? Surprisingly well for a budget model - the massage balls move up and down fairly smoothly. You control the firmness by pushing your back against it for a more intense experience or lean less heavily for a lighter experience. The unit has an auto cut out after about 15 mins so that it doesn't overheat, something which I think is a useful feature. Usual health warnings apply - seek advice from your doctor if you have a heart condition, are pregnant or receiving any sort of medical treatment before using one of these. For the price, this represents good value for money and I've given it 4 stars based on that. Yes, there are more expensive models available which do give a smoother ride and have more features but I think this is a great entry-level item. Would certainly make a great gift.
