Bought for an 11 year old girl, who read it straight away and thoroughly enjoyed it. A good, entertaining read. Delivery was excellent.

Great book for Key Stage 2 link with Victorian studies. Good for empathy and comparisons on education, attitudes to dyslexia. At times, you could hear a pin drop when I read it to my Y6 pupils. It's a really enjoyable short read for adults too.

Horror and history have them hooked!
The ghost is a Victorian schoolboy who comes out of the cupboard at the back of Room 9. He writes a message on the school blackboard, but only one boy, Frankie Ruggles can see it. Read more
