In this volume you get three episodes and interviews starting of with Togusa in hospital and Section 9 fail to protect Imakurusu as he is shot. Then they go after the Narcotics Suppression Squad resulting in a gun battle with the Narcs bringing out a mech which gets the Major injured enough for her to need a new body. The last episode on the disc is about the laughing man(Kusanagi in disguise) kidnapping the CEO of Serano Genomics which results in a long converstaion to get information on the companys dealings.

While there are three episodes, it makes it up with interviews with the script people on disc 1 and Batou (Eng Dub voice actor) on disc 2.

This penultimate volume for Ghost in the Shell has Section 9 closing in on the Laughing Man but another military group enters the fray trying to cover up some of the information that is beginning to come out into the open. This is a great volume with many revelations about what has happened throughout the series and some great action as well. This volume also shows some more info on the cyberisation process when Major Kusanagi has to swap bodies due to battle damage. This volume is great and sets things up for a great finale in the final volume.
