I really enjoyed reading this book, the only problem was that it was over too soon. I really hope that this is the start of a new series. The author is non other than the great Kate Macalister so if you love her other books than this is guaranteed to be an enjoyable read. The characters and dramas in the book are totally original giving the book that something special that Ms Macalister seems to do with ease, the all essential humour that she seems to effortlessly create is the icing on the cake.

I love Katie McAlister books, and wasn't disappointed with this one. You have demons, imps, polters, and even a unicorn thrown in!!

Karma is in a bad marriage, and her husband tells her he will give her a divorce if she does him one last favour... exorcises a house of ghosts for him that he has just bought. Karma agrees, and later finds out that he hasn't really bought this house legally, and a whole load of problems arise. Her husband Spider is found dead - and they are all trapped in the house - as a ward was put around it by the ex-owner and he wants to find out who is the murderer in his house!

It is a great book, good fun, a who-doneit in the otherworld.

I hope this will become a series.
