I have just bought this book after reading it in detail in the bookshop! I have been looking for specific practical advice on diet and other lifestyle factors that have some kind of scientific link to improved fertility. I really liked this book as it listed specific vitamins and minerals with a recommended dosage, as well as herbs and foods that contain the right nutrients to support fertility.
I found the tone and detail of the information an improvement on a lot of the other fertility books I've read, and it steered away from the more 'extreme' advice about exclusion of food groups etc. which some other 'experts' encourage.
The book is based on a step-by-step programme to improve your fertility so I'm looking forward to receiving the book and reading the other steps.
My no.1 recommendation for understanding fertility is still Toni Weschler's Take Control of Your Fertility, but a book like Get Pregnant Faster is a great supplement if it's taking a little longer than expected.
