Stop Being Lazy Cure 20 Mar. 2014

I think for the most part we tend to put too much on our plates to please others seems to be the most relevant cause as to why we become lazy. The book makes it clear how we can lock up when feeling the pressures of competing demands simply because we are over committed.

The book provides practical advice on how to avoid this issues, get more done by being realistic and delegating, and also the power of saying No when appropriate. An excellent read!!
