More About the Author

Kamil Kowalski is an author, speaker, certified life coach and entrepreneur living in Toronto, Canada. With his blog, coaching, and everyday presence, he inspires and empowers thousands of people to take direct action steps to enjoy better, happier and more fulfilling lives - that is, accomplishing their dreams and goals in a healthy and holistic "downstream" manner. He was interviewed on the Oprah Winfrey Network in 2012 about life choices and featured in the business section of the Toronto Star in 2014.

Immediately upon completing his Software Engineering degree at the University of Toronto, Kamil started his first Information Technology business and within couple of years enjoyed making it to the top in the world of IBM, Deutsche Bank, and Rogers. Unfortunately the success came at a great price of a deteriorated health and loss of zest for life.

In 2008, following watching the movie "The Secret" and setting his life intention, Kamil was blessed to receive a second chance in life. He survived a serious skiing accident, which granted him plenty of time to think and eventually compelled to completely overhaul his life - a "hard reboot" if you will.

One life challenge after another, he got things done and felt better than ever. His new life journey has featured a fat-shedding transformation of Health & Fitness, an emotion-rich makeover of all Relationships including with himself, a massive amount of re-learning of essentially every life skill, and an achievement of a profound inner peace with an all-embracing New Age Spirituality.

What an inspiring book! Like its title implies, there are over 115 ways to improve your health, spirituality, and increase your energy. I particularly liked the section on strategies for a productive work day. This is a great book to grab for yourself or for a friend who could benefit from an energetic boost to their day and work atmosphere.

Life can be stressful and overwhelming that sometimes we find ourselves in a rot that we get tired and unmotivated before we even get to start with whatever we need to do. This book offer wonderful advice on how to live life with so much joy, energy and vigor. I will sure try to implement the advice given in this book to feel great and to get things done.

This book contains 115 ways you can improve your life and productivity. Although I haven't had a change to implement them all, the ones I have I can already feel a huge difference.

The first one I am trying to implement everyday is to take care of your appearance. Don't get me wrong, I know HOW to look good, but I rarely get dressed or put on makeup because I am a stay at home mom who works from home.
When I do get dressed I can definitely tell a difference in what I get done. Which sometimes includes pretty major things like going to the store to get healthy food instead of just ordering in.

This is the kind of book I will be referring to again and again. It is written in such a way that you can just open it up and find the relevant information you are looking for to be inspired.

Highly recommend to anyone who is looking to improve their productivity and health.
