A quick read with snippets of information without going into great detail. A lot of it is common sense and most of it you will already know but there's no harm to be reminded of it. I can recognise the bad habits I have developed and will prove a killer to break.

The book doesn't really give any recommendations on how to be productive or how to remain focused other than you need 8 hours of sleep.

No doubt, quality sleep is so important but you're going to need more (combination of skills, tools, cunning, and on it goes) to 'Get the Edge'. This is why I have ranked it four out of five.

This was an easy read and a healthy reminder of how important sleep is to us. Good reminder for all of us
