Nicely produced book, but with little depth of content. The author admits he is not medium distance runner and it shows.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic for a newbie runner! 26 Mar 2012
Format:Paperback
Get Running literally takes you on a journey from non-runner to runner. I have never been able to run, but have always wanted to. There is a great section on exercises to strengthen muscles in order to improve your running, as well as training plans to get you started. Everything a newbie like me might need is covered, even how to choose the best running shoes, I was interested to see he suggests not choosing 'the most bouncy'. I feel fitter, and inspired to keep running. Great Book, easy to follow.
