The video is great being in 3 sections, as it means you have no excuse for fitting exercise into your day! ANYONE can spare 10 minutes!
The instructor I feel, doesn't really push you, and you need to keep yourself focused and make sure you are doing all the moves to the fullest extent that you possibly can, in order to get the maximum effect from the workouts.
The music started to annoy me after using the video several times and it's all the same and I feel didn't really inspire me to work it out.
I would recommend this video for older people, or those new to fitness. My Mum would love it!
I really felt like I had, had a good work out and it definitly got my heart rate going without being to strenuous.
I would definitly recommend it!!
