Our Get A Grip mat towel is the perfect multi purpose tool for yoga practice. Super absorbent, it forms a hygienic layer between you & the yoga mat (great for using on top of borrowed mats, hotel floors etc). Easily washed and dried. Made from absorbent microfibre with small dots (nubs) of mat like material for grip and stability. Use with the dots up for an anti-slip yoga mat either on its own or on top of a sticky mat. Use with the dots down and the mat will stay in place on smooth surfaces. Ideal for use in hot yoga where one sweats a lot and wants to wash your mat after each practice. Machine washable & dryer safe. This is a full mat size product. Ready for use - no need to wash before use. This product is latex free, the nubs are made of PVC. Comes with a mesh carry bag *This product absorbs moisture and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

This towel is great. It certainly stops you from slipping!I only use it for hot yoga (Bikram),but i am sure it would be great for any types of yoga - as an extra layer to cover a yoga mat that isn't yours for example. I loved the carry bag it came with as it was great to just roll up and put away after class - it's a mesh bag so it airs the towel too. The towel washes and dries really well also, so all round its perfect! One thing would be a great suggestion - if they could make smaller hand towel sized ones, to help keep your hands from slipping when you are in standing postures? I received a great service all round from Yogamatters also, so Thank you!

I love it, I love it, I love it! I use this towel for Ashtanga yoga. I practice every day and sweat a lot. This is the best for traveling you can get. Easy to wash, quick to dry. I have my hand made ashtanga yoga rug, but this I use just at home, as I like to travel light, as I travel a lot. I like classic rug, but this towel is great ... A lot of my students have bought this towel as well and they are happy with that. You can use it over classic yoga mat what you can borrow in studio. I use it on the carpet in hotel also. Perfect, don't need anything else! I have bought pinky one. I am not pinky lady, but this color is very nice. I wash it in low temperature with no washing liquid, just sometimes I use ecover washing liquid. The color stays, did not have any problem with that... Before my practice I sometimes spray it with water and few drops of essential oil.... I am happy with this! "Just do your practice and all is coming";) Pattabhi Jois

The Get a Grip Yoga mat/towel is perfect for Hot Bikram Yoga. Its the right length for all the poses and comfy to lie on too. Washes very well. Defo a good buy.
