Fun:
Bought this for my girlfriend who is a big keep fit fan & loves to exercise in the front room to celeb DVDs! We also bought the EA Games Activ 2 & we have both found that the Mel B is much better than the Activ 2 (which comes with loads of sensors & just feels a bit dull)
Good fun, but how long you will get use from this is debatable...neither of us has put this game on in the last 2 months, so I suspect that it has limited appeal...hence why it only gets 3 stars. Again, compared with Activ 2, this is more fun & got more use.
If you are interested, would recommend you go for a 2nd hand copy & at least that way if you decide it doesnt have continued playability then you wont lose much cash in reselling!

This game is brilliant to exercise at home to, i hate the gym and this game makes it so easy to get some exercise in.
The daily excercise is 30mins which you can change to the minimum of 15mins and through out the workout it tells you how many calories you have burned.
I usually just do a 30min daily workout and each day is different from Fitness, dance, cardio, combat and more.
There are more advanced bits on but i have not got that far yet.
I really feel this game has made a difference and that it has helped me lose weight and tone up and i feel more motivated to exercise as its easy to do.
I would really recommend this game to everyone.

This game is great. It's really good that you can work out with Mel and see yourself on screen beside her. This works really well with the Playstation Move. It's really accurate and knows when you're slacking! I really like the fact that it has varied workouts, Dance Combat Cardio etc.... You can put in your workout goals, Like want to drop a dress size, Tone up or lower cholesterol. There are a lot of goals to choose from. It chooses a workout for you to do everyday and also asks you how long you want it to be. At the end of the workout it will ask it it was okay for you, So it finds you're fitness level. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to get fitter/lose weight. I've had a lot of fun using this and it doesn't feel like a chore to use which I think is important. Also, If you have a fitness ball, Band or step you can let the game know and it will include workouts for them.
