easy to read but not informative,

This is a very slim volume, and has clearly been written with a non-technical reader in mind. Indeed it almost seems to be written so that someone with limited english can understand it. In consequence it is very easy to follow. Unfortunately this also means that there is almost no detail, nor any practical guidance on what to do or avoid. Basically you will get almost as much information from a couple of hours on the web.
