the elta germany electric grill is not effective, the light knob goes off every time you will need to push it up for the light to come back on. it does not have a regulator so the food gets burnt before its done, annoyingly the manual is not written in english i wouldnt mind a refund cos its not worth it

item arrived on time but did not switch on tried different plugs and adaptors, not working, very disappointed as I was having a barbecue last weekend
