I was sent one of these digital clinical thermometers by the supplier for review purposes and I have found it pretty good for home use. It is (as far as I can tell) accurate, has a good, large numeric display (in Celsius only), seems pretty robust and comes with a neat, clear plastic case which it clips into for storage. I very much like the quiet beep function which lets you know when a steady reading has been reached, and it also has a memory which will recall the last reading taken. Obviously, it resets automatically, and doesn't have to be shaken down like a mercury thermometer, which is very welcome for those of us with muscle or joint problems.
The disadvantage for me is that it's a bit large and clumsy compared to a mercury thermometer. The display part is necessarily fairly wide and this unbalances the thermometer so that I find it impossible to hold it in my mouth without supporting the end of the thermometer. Others in my family found the same. It's not a terrible fault, but it is a little irritating.
However, this is convenient, accurate and reliable, and overall I can recommend it.
