Great boot for slim calf. Very soft leather and comfortable around the ankles. The only bad thing i could say is that Amazon sent me one boot that is 36 and one that is 37. As it did not come with free return i have to wear thicker socks in one.

Sadly I had to return this lovely pair of boots as they were too tight around the instep for me and not properly comfortable. I think they might well stretch to be fair but altogether they felt strange and heavy/flat footed. I was pleased to have the opportunity to try them on quietly at home and felt sad that they weren't right as the price was considerably reduced and I had been admiring them for a while.The top cuff is cleverly designed to be either worn high or folded over. They resemble a pair of leather socks the sides are so soft and relaxed. The boots are very well made and fine quality. The sole is cleverly designed to keep feet cool and healthy but, for me, felt rather board-like and hard on the foot. I like a bit of bounce and lift!
