The gauntlet's been thrown, baby. We'll take out Boof too.

Roger says:
Great to see that Tino and his psuedonyms are back online, spewing out abuse to anyone who dares critisie them. Derek's delightful post says it all and I can't wait for his next example of his mastery of the English language.

Hey, Ho, I'm off to the "Watchdog" site now to see if we can't put a stop to this nonsense once and for all.

Yeah, Roger is another fake reviewer.

B. H. says:
They are ALL fake. None of these 1-star reviewers have shown any shred of evidence to convince me otherwise. Tino has Amazon's top-reviewers on his side, and what do these 1-star reviewers have? Nothing.

The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who, in the name of charity and good will, shepherds the weak through the valley of the darkness. For he is truly his brother's keeper and the finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know I am the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon you.

I'm thinkin', maybe it means the 1-star reviewers are the evil men. And we're the righteous men. And Mr. Hall here, he's the shepherd protecting our righteous arse in the valley of darkness. Or it could mean the 1-star reviewers are the righteous men and we're the shepherds and it's Amazon that's evil and selfish. But that ain't the truth. The truth is the 1-star reviewers are the weak and the frauds and we're the light.

It's gone for now, but it will return. Brandon Devereux's novel will be reincarnated through a major publisher. And all you little shills can go about playing your little games. Unlike most of you hack authors, I actually have talent. Why do you think I used a pseudonym? Because I would never allow my name to be attached to some gay publisher like Tres Picos Press or iUniverse or a whole host of others.

Interestingly, Mr Devereux himself accuses iUniverse of being "gay" and claims to return through a major publisher.

I wait with bated breath.

Hardly. I've seen his photo.

Stig says:
Yes Boof, I've seen the photo too, what a horrible thought.
You're right though, the link made fascinating reading. No wonder it's not available on Amazon .com.It's just a shame we got lumbered with it over here.
Charming language.So sophisticated and articulate.

Note to B.H. - you liked the line about Stig being retarded did you?

Well you wrote it.

Odd thing to laugh at ones own jokes but whatever floats your boat............

Just thought I'd add that Tino Georgiou's Wikipedia entry has now been deleted by the administrators - in fact, at 20:03 this evening!

Deborah's link does make for very interesting reading - had a better look at it just now. Specially one of Brandon's posts towards the end which is word for word what he posted here as Derek Hall at 22.33 last night. It seems pretty obvious now that Derek Hall is also Brandon is also Tino and probably everyone else who was being so abusive last night.... Surely it can't be long now before Amazon take this book off their lists?

Morning all. CJ - I agree on all points.

The only comments I wanted to make last night but couldn't be bothered were: Derek/Tino - it's hoof, not hoove; and V. Winton/Tino (much further back in the thread) - there's no such word as voicestrous. That was it, really. Oh, and thanks Mark (not Twain) for the TG/GK link.

And what on earth has Tino got against poor James Brumfield, because that obviously goes way back? I'm afraid all that part of it has made me want to do is read the guy's books!

Stig says:
Yes I liked 'voicetrous' presumably meant to be vociferous.
The James Brumfield thing is puzzling but surprisingly it could just be plain jealousy you know ,because I've gradually noticed that at one time or another everyone who doesn't like this book has been accused of behaviours and actions quite clearly being displayed /perpetrated by Tino etc himself.I think that what others are accused of is a pretty good indication of what's going on with them/him.
Just call me Sigmund

A quote from Shakespeare seems apt here after last night's rant by GK/TG/BD: "... a tale Told by an idiot, full of sound and fury, Signifying nothing."

Boof says:
My particular favourite is that he seems to have moved on from comparing himself to Dickens and Hemmingway and is now comparing himself to God (see Bookworms post at 21:44).

Flubu says:
Yes, I thought he'd had a religious conversion until I realised that it was lifted from the Tarantino film "Pulp Fiction" (and of course mangled in the process).

Stig says:
Well perhaps 'Tino' sees God as an example of just how far a self-published author can go given the right publicity and 'hubris' is a greek word after all.
