The author puts together several interviews from various agents, managers, George Michael, Andrew Ridgeley, and other people who have been a part of George's early career and merges them into a book. If you're a George Michael fan you'll appreciate learning some new trivia about him that's scattered throughout the novel. However, the book has a very choppy flow to it because of the way it was pieced together. It's not the best book I've ever read, but it's something you should definitely read if you're a true George Michael and/or Wham! fan. The book takes you through 1990 in George's life. What I'd like to see is a novel on what's happened over the last 20 years to George. But when you read this book you'll get a better understanding of George the man vs. George Michael the performer.
