    My wife and I purchased the grill as a birthday present (5th September) for our friends son, who is going to university.Upon using the grill a couple of times to try it out, it blew the fuses. Last Sunday I contacted the returns service (13th) for a replacement grill, which arrived on the 15th (can't get better than that)in time for our friends son to take it with him. Cannot fault the returns service or the speed which Amazon dealt witht he problem. As for the grill, I am sure it will give our friends son the same amount of pleasure which our own grill has given us over many years.

    Great device! The timer is great although it's shame that it doesn't switch the device off. It's certainly helped shift my cooking style too.
    Very awkward to clean though - if I had my time again I'd probably go for the detachable cooking plates.
    Nonetheless a great buy and at a reasonable price. You don't need to invest in the "special sponges" to clean them but it does make it a little easier...
