    This is a great grill, heats up very quickly, large grill area, neat fat/oil collector that clips in integral to the unit (most have them loose you have to position underneath).

    I had originally bought a removable plate model, but after reading so many negative reviews on their lack of and uneven heat across the plates I returned it to the shop and bought one of these. This is easy enough to clean with some kitchen paper towels.

    The temperature control is useful, although no guidance on its use. Feels solid and well made. I would say its good for 4 people, not six as its marketed as .. can cook say 4 beef burgers or 4 pieces of chicken comfortably in it.

    I bought two George Foreman grills last year, the family grill (6 portions) for myself and the junior grill (4 portions) as a gift. Both grills are still working fantastically and as they are extremely bulky and heavy there are no worries about them taking a few knocks. Despite the size I am able to store mine away in a cupboard and the appearance is actually quite stylish and therefore blends well into the kitchen against the other appliances.
    The grill cooks the food a lot faster than a conventional grill and also removes more fat due to the weight of the top plate. Despite this fact the food is still juicy and tender, and it makes you feel extra healthy afterwards as you dispose of all that fat from the handy little collection tray.
    The only bad point I have encountered is that sometimes it can be a bit tricky to clean depending on what you have cooked as you cannot pop it into the sink.
    In summary this is a great buy (especially if you don't have a grill), a good way to cut down on the amount of fat in your diet, and you can cook a wide variety of meals in it e.g. burgers, toasties and vegetables.

    -Good sized grill- although like the previous reviewer, I'd say 4 portions rather than 6.
    -Temperature control is useful, although guidance on using it would be helpful.
    -Difficult to satisfactorily clean, as with all George Foremans (except presumably the removable plate one) since you can't immerse the plates and are advised not to use detergents.
    -Easy to use and efficient.
