The product is quite fast and very easy to clean. However, the handle keeps falling out and I have burned myself twice on the hotplates trying to catch the lid when it fell. The lead needs to be longer and I've found that the food cooks a lot quicker at the front of the grill than the back. A good product but not without its flaws.

I used to struggle to have a meat cooked as I liked it, not anymore.
Easy to use, easy to clean. This will help any meat liker to eat with less fat and that's a great thing.
I never even put it in my cupboard as I use it almost everyday!
Don't know how I could live without it! I used to think that a pan would do the same job but it's totally wrong.
Improvement could be to be able to regulate the temperature to adapt to the thickness of the meat and the time required to cook it.

Hopeless! Burns everything! Cooks far too quickly so outside is black but inside has not cooked properly. Have had a George Foreman Grill 3 times before and was very happy with them, so went for another one to replace this much used bit of Kitchen equipment.So very disappointed. Need to get a replacement but now dont know which one to go for.
