The product is quite fast and very easy to clean. However, the handle keeps falling out and I have burned myself twice on the hotplates trying to catch the lid when it fell. The lead needs to be longer and I've found that the food cooks a lot quicker at the front of the grill than the back. A good product but not without its flaws.

I used to struggle to have a meat cooked as I liked it, not anymore.
Easy to use, easy to clean. This will help any meat liker to eat with less fat and that's a great thing.
I never even put it in my cupboard as I use it almost everyday!
Don't know how I could live without it! I used to think that a pan would do the same job but it's totally wrong.
Improvement could be to be able to regulate the temperature to adapt to the thickness of the meat and the time required to cook it.

this product is very basic. the grill gets very hot! therefor food gets cooked qickly sometimes too quickly. as there is no temperature control the food burns if the centre isnt cooked and you leave it on. the grill plates are not removable for easy cleaning.my previous grill had a hinge so that food could be cooked on the bottom plate whilst not being squashed by the top plate,
on reflection i have decided to pass this on to someone else and buy one that has a temperature control,a hinge and removeable plates.

Silver grill
Unfortunately I returned this item as when arrived it felt very flimsy and cheap. Therefore over priced for this product.
