I first discovered this at a retirement home where it was found to be very suitable as covers or wraps for those elderly people who suffered from poor circulation and got cold lower extremities. It may not have been sold as vet bedding to them, but it it is indiscernible to me. I use it as a liner for those chairs frequented by my four legged friends and unless it has been contaminated by wet or muddy feet sit on it myself. It stands machine washing and tumble drying. My two four legged friends who are not bed oriented will seek it out if it is dropped on the floor, what better recommendation.
