I bought this from a Marketplace seller. It looked genuine at first. However, on closer examination recently, I found that this power supply was not quite identical to the original part: the label was not fixed squarely, the cable entry points were on opposite sides to the original parts and cable strain relief mouldings were not the same as the original. Once I opened the case to investigate further, I found that it was pretty horribly built inside. The mains power connector was barely soldered to the board! Mains voltage and low voltage parts of the circuit sat precariously side-by-side, sometimes only separated with adhesive tape. I would be not be confident using this charger after seeing the way it was built. There was no connection to mains earth, as there is in a genuine HP supply.
Even though I discovered this problem several months after purchase, Amazon provided an excellent resolution when the problem was reported, so 5 stars for Amazon's A to Z guarantee scheme.

As good as you can get for a good price. plugged it in straight away and all works still. Quick charging time too.
UPDATED 3 Months Later: Product started to making sizzling noises and smoke started to come out. Would not use or trust this seller again! I am lucky I was next to it and not left it plugged in as I don't know why damage would have happened.
BEWARE this make work straight away but also beware that the same thing could happen to you!!

An ugrently needed laptop charger required immediately, bought at Amazon at less than half price at the major outlet companies.
The charger took two days to arrive from date of order, which to me is an is acceptable time, it was well packaged and delivered by parcel post.
Overall very happy with the product and service.

I have HP nx 6325, this new charger works like a charm. No problems at all. Well built, original, does exactly whats on the title.

Absoluetely spot on!
Absolutely as described, this is a genuine HP power supply and fits my NC6710b and an NC6230 I have too. Fantastic price too. Recommended.
