My partner, who is an electronics design engineer performed this repair. Kit includes everything needed including double sided adhesive, button and switch and top bezel, which another supplier did not supply. Problem was that after assembly the touch pad did not work, with everything operating randomly no doubt from 50hz pickup. I had to unstick my screen several times, and finally utilise another suppliers screen, which came without adhesive, switch, etc, but is now held effectively in place with a silicon case rubber cover and is unstuck. It is one hell of a job to remove the front screen bit-by-bit of broken glass as the original adhesive holds it iso tightly. Put on protective eye wear. Eventually it was all clean. Then remove display to plug in the new front touchscreen. My aerial, bottom left corner, came unplugged so I had to prise off the circuit board plugged onto the Tx/Rx unit, plug aerial back in then refit circuit board, a bit tricky.
I strongly advise you turn on and test the touch screen works after connecting, before cleaning LCD with a camera puffer and sticking in place.
