Why did I suffer so long with the original remote control that never worked very well? This remote control is superior to the original Sony product, better built, better ergonomics, a joy to use, and very cheap!
Highly recommended!

Ergonomically and everything it was fine BUT with my freeview and tv, the volume controls and mute failed to work.
The TV is sony as too is the freeview so i didnt expect an issue.
No use having a remote if you cant operate the sound control?
