I would definitely recomend this d.v.d to anyone who has lower than average energy levels/reduced mobility/recuperating from illness or if you just want something gentle to introduce you to exercise again/keep you active/want to find out more about tai chi. The instruction is clear and you don't have to do it all in one go as it is divided into sections and you could just do part of a section if you wished e.g 5 or 10 mins.There is even a section done seated if that's easier for you. Yes, as a previous reviewer pointed out, the outfits they wear on the d.v.d aren't high fashion-more high waisted-...however,you can therefore see the movements/postures clearly and when you're following the sequences you're more concerned with what you're doing rather than with what they're wearing.This does what it says on the cover.
